The Experience
Enjoy our seasonal 6-course Chef’s Choice menu (text link to the menu), personally presented by Head Chef Daan de Val (text link to the Chef/About Us page, if available). Each menu is crafted from the finest regional ingredients and reflects the current season. Choose between a meat-based option or a fully vegetarian menu, and enhance your experience with a carefully curated wine pairing.
No offsetting of cover
Procedure & Reservation
Our regular reservation start time is 18:00 or 19:30. For exclusive bookings, other times are also possible on request (within 18:00 and 20:00, outside these times on request).
You will be personally accompanied throughout the evening by chef Daan de Val, who will present each course to you and your guests and provide insights into the creation of the dishes.
